Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, YB Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Maximus Johnity Ongkili was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Innovation Leadership by Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) as tribute to his tireless efforts in leading Malaysia’s innovation agenda to make smart innovation the foundation of Malaysia’s economic and social transformation.
